REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to establish clear systems for project participation across multiple teams and departments.
Comfort in pushing back on bottlenecks in order to keep projects on track.
Understanding of best practices for cultural inclusivity to ensure project work reflects multiple perspectives.
Experience building scalable workflows to keep cross-team projects on budget and on time, supporting project leaders to ensure work is in scope and remains aligned to strategic goals throughout the implementation phase.
Experience creating clear and realistic timelines, tracking progress and helping the team stick to deadlines, always considering the dynamic and flexibility of the process.
Ability to break down complex, long-term workstreams and define action items for the team.
Experience identifying blockers and other issues throughout the process and ability to participate in design and application of remediation strategies, including inclusive retrospectives and clear documentation as necessary.
Experience in managing projects using Asana or similar project management and progress tracking tools.

Experience working with organizations both inside and outside the U.S.
Experience working in the non-profit sector and/or a tech-focused organization.
General understanding of the existing landscape of the Wikimedia movement.
