REQUIREMENTS:
Design Mastery: Extensive experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX research, design skills, and visual design prowess in B2B/Software products or similar.
User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX research methodologies, with a track record of creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Dovetail) and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions and concepts effectively.
Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead design initiatives within cross-functional teams, with a strong individual contributor mindset. Experience in coaching and mentoring other designers is a plus.
Growth Mindset: A robust growth mindset, demonstrating resilience and the drive to tackle challenges head-on, continuously learn and grow.
Language Skills: Fluency in English and German
