The job in a nutshell
As the UX Designer (Website), you will create designs and work continuously to improve our site and make sure that we have the latest tools for optimum user experience. You will work closely with the Marketing team to bring our product to life and always keep the needs of current and potential customers in mind. You will play a pivotal role in web development, content management, and design optimization.
You are a goal-driven, detail-oriented self-starter. You are passionate about the internet and design and are able to think analytically to solve problems.
We are evolving and we need your help to create a new website that is in keeping with our new brand. You will become a brand guardian for all designs on our website.
You’ll spend time on the following:
You will focus on improving our website performance through great designs
You will create and improve the website design system You will create new web pages
You will collaborate closely and follow up the production with our developers
You will review and test prototypes and help us to create a new website that embodies our brand
A/B test to validate your designs hypothesis

You have experience using design software (Adobe, Figma…)

You are comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage startup
We typically expect candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Web Designing to have the skills mentioned above.
