REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a Master’s degree or above is a plus
Over 5 years of field sales experience selling creative services to marketing and creative teams at larger mid-market and enterprise organizations
Familiarity with how integrated agencies operate
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to drive the sales process and deliver compelling sales pitches
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with comfort in engaging and pitching to executive management
Proficiency in building and delivering engaging presentations to customers
A genuine interest in design and a passion for shaping “the future of work”
Proven ability to work independently, with a self-driven and systematic approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a desire to continuously develop both professional skills and personal qualities
