What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with the Account Team and Onboarding Consultant to fully understand the customer’s creative guidelines, objectives, and needs
Analyze the customer’s creative requirements and align them with our company’s creative capabilities and resources
Provide expert guidance and recommendations for creative strategies to the account team, ensuring the customer’s vision is accurately represented in our creative deliverables
Develop customized creative solutions that align with the customer’s business goals and brand identity
Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the onboarding process
Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the creative deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations
Provide ongoing support and guidance to account teams on best practices for creative development and execution during the onboarding process
Collaborate with the Onboarding Consultants on capability education and planning
Work closely with the Onboarding Consultants to address any creative concerns or issues, ensuring a smooth transition from the onboarding process to the ongoing creative services relationship

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in crafting and implementing innovative strategies that harmonize with customer goals and brand ethos in a creative services or agency context
Robust comprehension of creative strategies, fundamental design principles, and prevailing industry trends
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proven ability to foster rapport and cultivate trust with customers
Proven expertise in managing numerous customer engagements concurrently, delivering both timely and high-quality outcomes
Acute problem-solving aptitude complemented by an unwavering attention to detail
Proficiency with project management frameworks and tools for the effective orchestration of creative projects and fulfillment of customer expectations
A relentless drive to deliver remarkable creative solutions and extraordinary customer experiences
Full proficiency in English, with a talent for presenting ideas effectively and conveying intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technologically proficient and seasoned within the industry, exhibiting an ability to stay updated on market shifts, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes
