Excellent English writing and communication skills.
At least 2 years of experience with WordPress.
You can take technical lingo and make it understandable to customers.
Proficiency in writing technical documentation.
Exceptional troubleshooting abilities (ie include finding CSS and JavaScript conflicts using browser developer tools, and determining whether a plugin could be causing a code conflict).


Nice to Haves (NOT required)

Comprehension of HTML and CSS – you can write HTML and apply styling from “scratch”.
History providing support for WordPress plugins.
Understanding of WordPress development (e.g. themes, plugins, hooks, filters, APIs).
Some knowledge of PHP & javascript.
Experience in a remote friendly asynchronous communication environment.
