REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Product Management
Experience maintaining SLAs, demonstrated skill of measuring team impact, and history of ability to manage and influence KPI’s
Analytically minded – you find and create ways to gather data and use it to lead decisions
Strong collaboration in team environment, but able to act quickly as a the decision-maker
Experience at a fast-growing consumer startup in a cross-functional environment
Owner’s mindset – you don’t shy away from the hard stuff, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty, even if it’s “not your job”
