We’re looking to hire a part-time, remote Virtual Assistant. For this role, we want someone who is sharp, diligent, proactive, and will be able to hit the ground running. You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers, designers, and creators through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

Responsibilities:
Review podcast episodes, including show notes and assets like art and reels for social media.
Able to work around 10-15 hours and will need to QA around 16 shows per week.
Listen to podcast episodes and evaluate them for quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
Cross-check transcripts against the actual audio to identify and correct any discrepancies.
Assess show notes for coherence, relevance, and completeness.
Identify and address any potential issues related to content appropriateness, sensitivity, or controversial topics.
Collaborate with the podcast production team to implement corrective measures and enhance overall content quality.
Stay current with industry trends, podcasting best practices, and emerging technologies.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall podcast production and QA processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Familiarity with podcasting platforms and tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A passion for podcasts and a good ear for audio quality.
Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and podcast production schedules.
