REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or blockchain industry. Experience in DeFi or cryptocurrency-related projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and build an active and loyal online community.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling narratives, adapt the tone of voice to different platforms, and convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns. Ability to extract actionable insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
