As a Backend Developer at Namecheap, you will be responsible for developing, and launching new products and functionalities into production that will be used seamlessly by millions of users.

The Interview Process: This is a three-week process with 3 stages: First, a 45 min HR chat ➡️ Then a 1h Technical & Cultural chat ➡️ Then a one-hour technical interview
Reporting to: Nuno Reis, Team Lead
Your team: 9 people (1 Project Manager, 1 Tech Lead, 1 Backend Developer, 2 Android Developers, 2 iOS Developers, 1 QA and YOU!)

You will work together with a multidisciplinary team in Portugal, composed of Manager, backend, frontend developers and QAs committed to build and maintain applications that add value to our company, according to Product Managers and customer needs. You’ll also interact with our User Experience, Product teams and with other Development teams around the world.
What will you do?
You will be joining a Backend Development team that is focused in developing new products and implementing Microservices for new products and coding features that will be available on our website.
What will you bring?
• You have experience with .NET Core 2.x/3.x or latest .Net versions,
• You are skilled in relational databases, experience with MSSQL (or other DBMS)
• You are experienced with Web APIs, SOA pattern, REST services
• You are experienced with EntityFramework or Dapper
• You have working experience with GIT (or other control version tool, GIT is a plus)
• You have a solid understanding of OOP/OOD and of CI/CD
• You understand unit/integration testing
