REQUIREMENTS:
Have significant knowledge of all of N2’s systems and the processes surrounding them.
Have a strong eye for UI / UX design.
Be able to determine when systems improvements are appropriate and advocate for these updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Be familiar with software training best practices and comfortable training all levels of the organization.
Have the ability to communicate with different teams on a variety of topics.
Be process minded.
Be highly organized.
