15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations for high growth SaaS company including several years as a manager of senior leaders (Director Level & Above)
Experience managing and developing managers & individual contributors
Demonstrated history in influencing the go-to-market strategy and effectiveness, including all processes, technology, metrics, reporting and data management
Data driven. You should have had experience building or securing data to enrich our customer and prospect scoring. Bonus points if you’ve created an ICP from scratch.
Strong People Leadership Skills – High EQ, Low Ego. Proven ability to lead and grow a best in class RevOps team.
