REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years experience in data analysis
Strong competency writing SQL (SQL experience with Snowflake is desirable)
Experience in deriving insights from data and motivated by having an impact on the shape and success of the business.
Curiosity and thirst to understand challenges in the product teams and provide relevant insights
Ability to not just read data, but interpret and translate it so that the wider team can draw value from your work
Experience with a/b testing and corresponding statistics concepts.
Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, Looker)
Experience with DBT
Deliver Analytics & Reporting to meet business needs and drive strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills – verbal and written – to be able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas.
Strong collaboration mentality.
Passion for growth and scale, and an understanding of the ambiguity that can come with this.
