+ 2 year in bilingual customer service or travel documents analysis.
Passionate about customers and providing extraordinary experiences in assisting them with document collection.
Empathy and the ability to understand and address customer concerns.
Analytical skills to interpret customer documentation, extra data and feedback.
Knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and documentation processes.
Previous experience in travel coordination, documentation, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of G-Suite: Sheets, Docs, Slides.
Self-driven, constant learner and motivated.
