REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with UX/UI in modern SaaS applications and data-driven tools – numerical/graphical data heavy views, e.g. finance, data science, statistical data, BI, etc
Deep understanding / experience with the dev tools ecosystem. Software engineering common practices/workflows and tools – like Git, GitHub, etc.
Established design taste with a programmer’s/hacker-ish bias
Good sense of task prioritization [e.g. identify what would be the best for the current needs – a quick mock up or a thorough and stable version]
