REQUIREMENTS:
You have at least three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role with at least regular collaboration with marketing and the associated marketing technology stack. Previous SaaS experience will be highly factored into evaluation.
Someone hands-on, who can identify issues, but also help propose and even do some coding to fix the issues.
You are obsessed with numbers and a strong believer in data-driven decision making
Familiarity with the following software/tools: Ruby/Python, JavaScript
Proficiency in querying databases and using statistical computer languages (SQL, GraphQL, Pandas, etc.)
Experience analyzing data from 3rd-party providers (firmagraphic and buyer intent data experience preferred)
Experience with tracking tools/capabilities: Google Analytics, Segment.com, HubSpot CRM
You are familiar with A/B testing and its benefits.
Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams and key stakeholders
Experience working with and creating data architectures
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an emphasis on product development.
Self-motivated and proactive team player, yet also able to multi-task and work independently.
