REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or relevant certification, such as Power BI certification, is preferred.
Experience: At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI is essential. The successful candidate will have deep familiarity with Power BI’s capabilities and will have used these capabilities to drive insights and inform strategic decisions. Experience with diagnosing Power BI environments and suggesting improvements is crucial. Strong proficiency in Excel is also necessary.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency and experience with DAX, M or other related languages is required. Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing and data architecture is also necessary. Advanced Excel skills also required as well as an ability to be flexible across data platforms and tools.
Business Acumen: The candidate must have a strong understanding of business operations, strategy, and decision-making processes, and the ability to translate business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions.
