REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of structural packaging design experience with bringing multiple products to the market.
Excellent skills in ideation, concept visualization, form development, CAD, hands-on model making, and rapid prototyping.
Strong portfolio of cutting-edge design with strong visual acuity and formal literacy, that proves not only solid design skills but also forward-thinking.
Ideal candidate understands the latest technologies and manufacturing processes and how to best implement them and has a proven understanding of mechanical engineering and sustainability.
Well-versed in user-centered design methods, testing, and techniques.
Experience defining Materials, Colors, and Finishes, Optimizing Design for Manufacturing, reviewing prototypes, EVT and DVT builds.
Uses excellent communication, design thinking, and presenting skills to proactively share concepts and physical prototypes throughout all design stages.
Willingness to take direction and learn from others.
Enjoys an autonomous working style and believes in collaboration in a multi-disciplinary design environment.
