You have 3-5 years of recruiting experience
You have 3+ years experience with sourcing and filling technical/engineering roles
You have a strong grasp of the languages, skills, and expertise required in software engineering roles
You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal
You’re comfortable working in a remote environment
You are a creative self-starter who does what it takes to get the job done
