REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, or a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of work experience in a project management or related role.
Commutable to Alexandria, Virginia headquarters from time to time.
Genuine interest in global perspectives and an embrace of cultural diversity.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Facility with end-to-end project management and strong time-management skills.
Understanding of branding and communications is a plus.
Comfortable taking ownership, driving deadlines, and holding oneself and others accountable to agreed timelines and expectations.
Transparent and collaborative with team members and project stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 products and project management software like Airtable, Wrike, or others.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Adept at learning new technology platforms in support of role objectives.
Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to change.
Connects with EO’s core values and purpose.
PMP certification or working towards PMP is preferred.
