Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop senior engineers, supporting their technical growth.

Strong communication and collaboration skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions with sound discretion.
Experience identifying root causes and driving actionable improvements from them.
