Social Media Manager

Proven expertise in social media management, driving brand awareness, traffic and revenue growth
Strong content creation skills, aligned with ConvertKit’s brand, mission, and values
Ability to monitor and analyze social media performance using tools and data-driven approach to strategy
Excellent communication skills and ability to represent ConvertKit as the face of the brand on social media and engage with the community
Collaborative approach, working with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Product, and Support to create a comprehensive brand strategy
In-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date and continuously improve ConvertKit’s social media presence
A data-driven approach to decision making, using insights and analytics to drive growth and impact of ConvertKit’s social media presence
Bonus: experience in marketing SaaS and/or payment processing tools, and experience working with online creators
Bonus: Ability to bring the mindset of a creator (who ConvertKit serves) into your decision-making process
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and remote environment, with a focus on producing measurable results
An operator mindset – understands the most important metrics and how to produce measurable results
Comfortable working in a 100% remote environment
Attend twice-annual in-person team retreats
