REQUIREMENTS:
Well-rounded and Experienced and have 6+ years of product design experience crafting products and design systems and are comfortable working across development, visual design, prototyping, and interaction design.
A Fast Mover and have startup experience. You test first and finalize later.
Highly Collaborative and proactively seek information out from other departments and synthesize ideas.
Customer-Obsessed speaking to end-users regularly. You continuously seek to improve the customer product experience and iterate quickly by balancing design perfection with development speed.
A Strong Communicator in terms of design concepts via mockups, flows, wireframes, and prototypes to accelerate work, well before any beautiful designs are complete.
Passionate about Learning and a self-starter who wants to grow as a designer and team member and learn all you can about landlines.
