REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a design-related field or relevant professional experience.
A design background with 3-5 years of design experience is required.
Strong experience and working knowledge in disciplines such as Graphic Design, Environmental/Spatial Design, or Industrial Design, with the ability to lead or contribute in each area.
Preferred experience in or around Architecture, Industrial Design, and Exhibit Design.
A portfolio showcasing proficiency in the mentioned design capabilities is mandatory.
Proficiency in communicating significant concepts and narratives through sketching and graphics.
Demonstrated working knowledge of tools including Google Suite, Mac platform, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp.
Ability to effectively communicate within groups, present design ideas to clients, and translate big ideas into key themes and stories.
Knowledge of design thinking with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Openness to embracing the unknown, taking on assignments beyond your comfort zone, and being a self-starter who learns quickly.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to think on your feet.
Effective communication skills for both internal (teams, leadership) and external (vendors, clients) interactions.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
Adaptability to change.
