What you’ll bring
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering exceptional software products in a Product Management capacity at a SaaS company.
A deep passion for creating outstanding products, fostering innovation, and solving complex customer challenges with empathy and a thorough understanding of customer needs.
Exceptional analytical, prioritization, communication, and negotiation skills.
A comprehensive understanding of key SaaS metrics including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Churn, Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Revenue per User (ARPU), and an ability to understand the interdependence of these metrics.
Extensive experience with the discovery, iteration, and global launch of end-user products in collaboration with the product marketing team.
Demonstrated experience as a product owner for a global team of product managers, designers, and engineers.
Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics and effectively communicate to drive prompt decisions.
Strong data literacy and a proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
A passion for fostering team growth and developing leaders, promoting psychological safety, and effectively managing difficult conversations that drive personal and team development.
A bias towards action, and a results-driven approach with the ability to execute on near-term goals and connect daily work to the broader mission.
