REQUIREMENTS:
One to two years of customer support experience.
Willingness to take on extra hours during occasional, usually planned, busy or short-staffed periods.
Outstanding written and spoken English language communication skills.
Proven ability to respond patiently, professionally, and politely to even the simplest customer requests.
