The Role
AssemblyAI is growing quickly, and we’re searching for a driven Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team! With significant investment and strong leadership to fuel our growth, it’s the perfect time to join the AssemblyAI team.
Responsibilities
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
Design, optimize, and manage our Salesforce environment – including but not limited to complex system configurations, data management, and security settings – building our CRM to be a reliable source of truth for GTM data.
Responsible for building, maintaining and executing on a roadmap for the evolution of our CRM, based on cross-functional and executive input as well as your own assessment of our system needs.
Design and implement Salesforce solutions including but not limited to custom applications, integrations and data migrations
Manage user access and permissions, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users as needed.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing guidance and thought leadership to the team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience developing and managing a Salesforce instance, including experience in designing and implementing solutions on the platform.
Proficient in Salesforce architecture, custom APEX, Flows, LWC, Lightning UI, Web Service and Visualforce components.
Fluent in the language of CI/CD, version control, and test automation.
Demonstrated skills in project management and managing Salesforce for a managed services and / or SaaS organization preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
