4+ years of in-house design experience
Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product design
Experience designing products for a technical audience (API products, developer tools, etc.) or the ability to write code
Proven track record solving complex interaction problems
Excellent design sense and familiarity with the latest UX trends
An eye for pixel perfect detail
Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project
Excellent organizational skills
