We re a small but rapidly expanding U.S eCommerce store, specializing in selling fire pits, fireplaces, and a variety of fire and heat products. As our revenue grows, so does our need for a versatile individual to handle incoming sales leads.

We need someone who can juggle a variety of tasks, with a primary focus on converting incoming sales leads via the phone, live chat and email.

Along with doing some manual email outreach to businesses. This will include finding the business, and manually emailing them. Your role will be crucial as we continue to grow.

Handling Incoming Sales Leads
Answering their questions
Helping them with their project
Offering to send a proposal
Going the extra mile to close the sale
Relentlessly following up with every stale lead

PAY

$1,000/month – $2,000/month (based on experience) + commission on leads converted to sales

WORKING HOURS

Full-time position (40 hours/week): Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM US Eastern time.

Option to extend past 40 hours is available once trained and confident.
