The job in a nutshell
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to enhance our sales team’s productivity and effectiveness. This role is crucial in developing and implementing processes, tools, and training to empower our sales force, ensuring they have the resources needed to meet and exceed their targets. The Sales Enablement Manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline communication, optimize sales strategies, and drive overall business growth.
 

You’ll spend time on the following
Developing Sales Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights.
Creating Sales Tools and Resources: Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement tools, resources, and materials, such as playbooks, templates, and case studies, to support the sales process.
Aligning Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Analyzing Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance sales productivity.
Facilitating Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure clear and consistent communication, fostering a cohesive strategy across the organization.
Implementing Sales Technologies: Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and platforms to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and provide the sales team with the best tools available.
Providing Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and coaching to the sales team, addressing any challenges they face and providing solutions to improve their performance.
Training the Trainer – in order for this leader to get the most leverage, you will need to train our global leadership team to roll our programs for you
