REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years in management consulting, marketing, or similar analytical project roles, with at least 1 year of managing high-performing teams, ideally with diverse roles across business/design/tech
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis with a history of using data-driven insights to make informed decisions
Experience in identifying pain points and successfully implementing innovative solutions
Solid experience in change management, including gaining buy-in from teams, overcoming resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions
Strong project management skills, including overseeing multiple initiatives and ensuring their successful completion
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Background in working with technology, including proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software
Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust strategies as needed based on past experience
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and a history of aligning efforts with organizational objectives
Previous success in fostering collaboration across different departments and teams
