We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (C++ focused) to join our team. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical expertise and demonstrable experience in C++, SQL, Perl, and Linux environments. This role will play a large role in developing robust applications, enhancing existing systems, and supporting production applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain performant C++ applications.
Work with more senior engineers to design and implement solutions.
Create Oracle SQL queries and database interactions to ensure efficient data handling.
Write and maintain Perl scripts for automation and system integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies
RequirementsAt least 3 years of professional software development experience.
A track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, including potential and growth in diverse settings.
Required Skills
Proficient in C++ with strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Familiarity with Cloud Development, preferably AWS.
Solid knowledge of Perl scripting.
Extensive experience working in a Linux environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Experience with SQL and database management.
Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL scripts.
Familiarity with Java and Angular frameworks.
Experience in the Payment Processing or Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
