REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management at a SaaS organization
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environment where you enjoy innovating in your sales approach and sharing best practices across the organization
Excellent project management skills and able to create and launch new initiatives
You have experience running 6-7 figure renewals and upsell within a fast paced SaaS company
You have worked closely with behemoth, matrixed customers to drive product adoption and workflow change management
An intrinsic love of learning and demonstrating best practices of new technology
Gain fulfillment from helping others by means of public speaking and training
A highly responsive, outgoing, energetic representative of Mural
A self-starting, independent approach to managing your own work
Ability to manage and interpret customer behavior/data to create valuable business outcomes
A passion to help customers succeed and empathize with them
An undying concern about new, better ways to solve problems
This person will be based in EMEA
You must speak a second European language, with a preference for German
