REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of relevant professional experience in an analytical role
Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer or similar technology including the ability to merge data from disparate sources to create holistic data charts, graphs, dashboards, etc.
3+ years delivering insights in executive presentations, dashboards, and reports
3+ years working with HR or People data-sets preferred
Strong analytical competence and experience with statistical methods
High level of knowledge and experience with data quality measures and approaches used to ensure high-quality output and assurance
Passion for data-based decision making and an ability to see the ‘bigger-picture’
