About The Role

Invisible is seeking an Employer Brand Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the Marketing and People teams to craft and execute innovative employer brand strategies. You will develop compelling campaigns and a comprehensive suite of marketing assets that align with Invisible’s Employee Value Proposition. Your mission will be to vividly communicate why candidates should join our organization, excel in their roles, and remain committed to our vision.

What You’ll Do

Own our employer brand strategy to help us attract exceptional candidates who add to our culture and align to our values
Create and execute strategic recruitment marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the exposure of job opportunities and employment brand to both active and passive candidates
Ensure clear and consistent brand touch points through all stages of the candidate journey
Identify key conference and other event opportunities for recruiting and drive Invisible’s presence, including speaking opportunities, sponsorships, awards, etc.
Enrich our external facing channels and social media accounts with multimedia, posts, and employee testimonials
Track, measure and report on program successes and return on investment
What We Need

5-7 years experience consisting of a mix of marketing, branding, communications, and talent strategy
Eloquent storytelling ability through various formats and channels
Consistent track record for building and managing strong cross-functional relationships at all levels in an organization
A self-starter mentality and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a rapidly growing company
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct

Compensation:

Base: $100,000
Base + Bonus Target: $120,000
This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
