REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience as a sales executive, business development manager, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Enjoyment of the entire sales process.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach to consistently achieve, and exceed sales targets.
• Competitive and assertive personality.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the health, beauty, and supplements industry is a must.
