REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in technical program management with a bachelor’s degree in computer science (startup and healthcare experience is a plus but not required)
Proven experience in successfully defining, planning, and executing large-scale technical programs, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of technical program management methodologies and best practices.
