Identify and select candidates for the Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing
Conduct interviews with Independent Contractors
Negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors
Maintain positive relationships with Interpreters once on-boarded with GLOBO ? Work closely with Quality Assurance and VRI Teams on new/existing hires and setting them up in GLOBO’s platform
Provide support for active interpreters in the form of 1099 verification letters, address changes, credentials updates, etc.
Communicate with Quality Assurance Team daily on new hires engagement ? Pull reports/data/metrics for the weekly meetings
Working closely with sales, scheduling team and operations to scale the talent pool in sync with business needs
Maintain active presence on social media platforms
