REQUIREMENTS
A keen sense of how to introduce product practices into a growing organization.
Extensive professional experience as a product manager in multiple software engineering environments, preferably in startup or mission-driven organizations.
Skilled with product management tools and relevant platforms (Github; design platforms like Figma, Miro, Sketch, InVision).
Excellent communication and analytical skills, especially in an organization where most colleagues are not accustomed to engineering startups.
