How Our Organization Works
Our goal with every single project we undertake is improving the actual production of our clients’ business operations, either in its entirety or in parts.
We focus on doing this as effectively as possible and as fast as possible. Our goal is to help our clients experience the highest amount of returns from working with us in the shortest time possible.
To achieve that, we operate with a rigorous methodology that considers things holistically and accomplishes excellence in both business processes and technology/systems, without mixing up important business decisions with technical details and deliverables.
First, the process decisions are made based on what is good for the business. This is a thorough process involving both a thorough investigation of current day-to-day operations in the business, as well as conceptual design of new business processes designed to make the operation better.
Then a separate set of technical experts work with you to make very innovative technical solutions that fit those business needs and requirements.
Clear delineation of expertise is enforced and made use of: business experts don’t make technical decisions by themselves and technical experts don’t make business decisions by themselves, but both are accountable to work proactively together, raising and resolving questions or issues until the solutions actually achieve the expected results in our clients’ organizations.
Our Process
Everything starts with investigating our clients’ business situation, business goals, profitability issues, and their perception of challenges and blockers. The goal of this is to interpret and actually understand what the real business issues and their root causes are.
In this we go very deeply in understanding exactly what goes on in our clients’ day to day operations, not only what they think happens there. We investigate records, system logs, numbers, documents, details of processes, and other hard evidence of operations. We interview our client’s staff and other individuals involved in the specific business processes. All this is done so that we can get an accurate picture of what really happens and can understand all the various details and nuances of what happens there. This ensures that we correctly identify the problems and their underlying root causes.
Specific business process solutions are then conceptualized, tailored to solve the root causes. These solutions aim to eliminate inefficiencies and drive achieving the business’s objectives.
They incorporate process organization, waste elimination, process enforcement, manual work automation, quality improvement, conversion efficiency improvement, customer experience improvement, proactive customer retention measures addition, performance management, and/or anything else the business needs to change to overcome its challenges and achieve its objectives.
These business process solutions are then prioritized based on their necessity and business impact.
The priority solutions are worked out in detail and are themselves modeled, simulated, and analyzed to ensure that they will not only solve the actual problem, but will also benefit the objectives of the business overall.
Once the business solution details are decided, we set the requirements for the software and system solutions that will enable these solutions to come to life.
Our highly experienced technical design experts work with the business process experts team to design the technical solutions in a way that allow future flexibility, further iterative improvements, and the ability to accommodate changing business needs for long term use.
Our tech is very specific, as we have designed and built our own tech stack to enable us to build custom solutions reliably, while allowing for fast cycles of conceptualizing solutions, building them, implementing them, refining them, and improving the business further. We have a unique combination of custom development with low-code/no-code solutions platforms that allows us to deliver high quality custom solutions much faster than industry average, but without any of the limitations of off-the-shelf systems.
While the technical solutions are being built, we prepare for their implementation into the client’s organization.

Rolling out a new process, system, and/or automation into a fast paced business needs to be carefully planned and carried out to avoid chaos, mistakes, breakdowns of process or any other negative impact on our clients’ ability to deliver their own services. We ensure that everyone in and outside of their organization is trained and onboarded to the new processes and systems seamlessly, that any data is migrated and up to date as needed, and that the entire solution and team hits the ground running on the go live date.
Once any new process and systems solution is in use, we don’t stop there. We proactively monitor and measure the performance of the implemented solution and see how successfully it’s resolved the business issues and is driving the business towards its objectives. We make sure our clients also have all the necessary data and information to make strategic plans and decisions about the next steps for their business.
If we find that the solutions have not achieved their desired goals, or discover previously unknown scenarios or issues with it, we improve and iterate the solution until actual results are delivered to our clients’ businesses.
We also use our observations and data to help define the next priority improvements in line with our client’s next most pressing issues or circumstances, and most critical objectives.

Role of Business Process Analyst in ESA
Your Key Purpose: The key purpose of your role is to make the improvements, and with them the results for our clients, happen. You will input your expertise into defining client improvements projects for new and existing clients, and then you will drive those projects through all of the above process. You will then measure and assess the success of those projects, and start the cycle again.
Your Key Area of Expertise and Responsibility Ownership:
You will be:
Owning responsibility for improvements projects from conceptualization through full implementation to recommendation of next step improvements
Investigating our clients’ businesses, operations in them, needs, situations, and objectives
Identifying underlying problems and root causes in business processes and operations
Identifying the best business solutions
Managing the technical delivery with the responsible experts within our team
Planning and executing full implementation of the solutions
Monitoring, assessing and measuring the success of improvements and system solutions
Identifying and recommending further improvement needs, opportunities and priorities in our clients’ businesses
You will NOT be:
Taking technical requirements from clients and passing them on to developers
Making technical design or development decisions alone
Writing code or building any tech yourself
Attending meetings that could have been an email
Asked to perform any time-wasting activities that don’t help you and our business achieve our goals
Key Objective: Your ultimate deliverable will be the effectively improved state of the client’s business, done through our methodology.
In practice you will:
Carry our truthful, complete, and thorough analysis of our clients’ business situations, investigating every relevant detail of their day to day operations, rigorously evaluate all the circumstances and ensure that you understand why things happen the way they do;
Carry out complete evaluations of businesses and situations, unpack the causes of problems and inefficiencies, and recommend business solutions that consider all the circumstances, are based on facts, and will deliver the best possible results to our client, in line with both their problems and their goals
Exercise practical awareness in your solutions and business improvement proposals, making sure that what you propose will be practically implementable and will bring the intended result in the given situation;
Carry out your analysis, evaluation, modeling and planning with a high degree of precision and attention to detail;
Make all decisions with full awareness of and in line with business strategies, cause-effect relationships, and a clear management of dependencies and risks
Methodically oversee and manage the technical delivery of all system solutions and automations in your solution

The Job Accepts 2 Levels of candidates:
Advanced and Senior Level:
Starting pay USD $100-130k/year, exact offer will depend on your evaluated skill level, further promotions possible depending on actual performance once on the job.
This job is for serious experienced experts and will be expected to independently own and deliver the responsibility for the client project, within the company’s methodology.
While some initial ramp-up may be needed to understand how things work in our organization, it is expected that an Advanced/Senior level candidate will be a very capable and accomplished business process expert and be able to independently make business process assessments, determine optimal improvement strategies, conceptualize, and implement the specific improvement solutions, and you should be good with details.
You must have real practical and commercial experience of personally and independently leading business process transformation or business automation projects to qualify for this level, and such projects must have produces real commercial and implemented success in a real business.
If you do not have such experience at this time, you should not apply for Advanced/Senior level, and instead apply for Mid-level.
If you apply for Advanced/Senior level now and fail to prove sufficient abilities in the evaluation process, you will not be able to reapply for another 2 years, even for the lower level.
Mid-Level:
Starting pay USD $60-80k/year, exact offer will depend on your evaluated skill level, further promotions possible depending on actual performance once on the job.
This job is for experienced professionals who are strong on their own and can help a senior level expert get things done on the project under the senior expert’s supervision.
Whilst you might not have as much experience as a senior expert, you still are expected to possess strong analytical abilities, solid knowledge of fundamentals of business processes, and ability to carry out detailed operational process investigations, diagnose business process problems, recommend business process solutions, model and simulate them, and work with technical implementation of technical solutions designed for them, and you should be good with details.
You must have real practical experience in commercial projects of business process transformation or business process transformation, and you should have had successful experience performing important functions on such projects, be it under the supervision of another more senior expert, you should have had successfully completed your part of analysis and implementation parts of the project.
