Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

Sales Generation:

Actively seek out and engage prospective customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Close sales deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and follow-up.
Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.
Communicate the value propositions of products to potential customers effectively.
Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Sales Reporting:

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Share feedback from customers and market insights with the sales team and management.
Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics globally that could impact the company’s sales strategy.
Use market insights to adapt and refine the global sales approach to maintain a competitive edge.
Core Competencies and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving revenue targets globally.
Strong understanding of global sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a global perspective.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions on a global scale.
Leadership and team management experience, inspiring and motivating a diverse sales team.
Proficiency in sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships on a global level.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
